Die Zimmer sind mit Holzmöbeln gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind aus hochwertigem Naturmaterial. Geschirr und sämtliche Wäsche sind vorhanden. Darüber hinaus stehen Ihnen eine gut ausgestattete moderne Kochnische im Flur (Spüle, Kochplatte, Kühlschrank) und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher sowie WLAN ist möglich. Im Haus wird nicht geraucht. Haustiere sind nicht vorgesehen.
Nach Wunsch und Bedarf können Sie die Wohnung als Ferien- oder Kurzzeitwohnung für 2-4 Personen mieten (2 Zimmer, Kochnische, Bad) oder für 6-8 Personen (3-4 Zimmer, Kochnische, Bad). Eine Belegung aller 4 Zimmer ist nur in Verbindung mit Seminaren .

Die charmante und komfortable kleine Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie ist 45 qm groß und komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Das Apartment besteht aus einem großen hellen Raum mit Parkettboden, der einen Küchen- und Essbereich und einen Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch beinhaltet, sowie einer Diele und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist mit Holzmöbeln gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind aus hochwertigem Naturmaterial und sehr bequem. Geschirr und sämtliche Wäsche sind vorhanden. Die hübsche Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Spüle, Spülmaschine, Kochplatte, Backofen und Kühlschrank). Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen großen Fernseher. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Für unsere Gäste steht ein Innenhof zur Verfügung, der im Sommer mit Blumen und Ranken begrünt ist. Hier gibt es auch eine überdachte Raucherecke.
Das schöne, ruhige Apartment befindet sich im Seminarhaus Szenario, wo regelmäßig Seminare und Yoga-Kurse stattfinden. Unser Haus beherbergt außerdem eine weitere Ferienwohnung und eine Produktionsstätte für Puppenspielkunst. Das Apartment eignet sich besonders für Paare oder Alleinreisende.
Direkt neben dem Apartment befindet sich eine Garage, die bei längeren Aufenthalten als Lagerraum dazu gemietet werden kann.

The non-smoking apartment is bright and has parquet flooring. It is situated in the top floor of the house Szenario and consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as a spacious living room with a studio couch (extendable with 2 more rooms with 2 beds each). The rooms are comfortably fit out with wood furniture. The beds are made from high-quality natural material. All dishes and laundry are available. Moreover, a well-equipped modern kitchenette in the hall (sink, hot plates and refrigerator) and a bathroom with bath tub are at your disposal. The living room has a TV (W-LAN also possible) of which the use is included in the price. It’s a non-smoking apartment. Pets not intended. As desired you can rent the apartment as holiday or short-time apartment for 2-4 persons (2 rooms, kitchenette, and bathroom) or for 6-8 persons (3-4 rooms, kitchenette and bathroom). The charming and comfortable little flat is located in the ground floor and has a separate entry. It’s 45m² and has been recently renovated and newly furnished in its entirety. The apartment has a large and bright main room with parquet flooring, which includes a kitchen and dining area as well as a living and sleeping area with both a double bed and a sleeping couch. There a small hall towards the entrance as well as a bathroom with a bath tub. The flat is comfortably and lovingly furnished with wooden furniture. The beds are made of high-quality natural material and very comfortable. All dishes and bedsheets are provided. The beautiful kitchen is completely equipped (sink, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and refrigerator). There is a large TV in the living space. The apartment is nonsmoking. Pets are not allowed. Our guests are free to access the courtyard, which is covered with flowers and vines during summer. This includes a small, covered smoking area.
The beautiful and quiet apartment is located in the seminar house Szenario, which regularly hosts yoga classes and seminars. We also have another holiday apartment as well as a production site for puppet theatre. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or single travelers. There is a garage right next to the apartment which can be rented as an additional storeroom for long term stays.

The house with its attentive and friendly atmosphere is located in a beautiful and quiet side street in the center of Leimen, 2km away from Heidelberg. Stops for public means of transportation as well as a number of good restaurants, bars and cafes, bakeries and other shopping possibilities are reachable in a few walking minutes. A near nature park and the vineyards invite to relaxation in peaceful nature.
Very good, consistent traffic connection. The tram (23) between Leimen and Heidelberg drives every 10 minutes on working days and brings you to the Bismarck-square – town center of Heidelberg – within 20 minutes.

Our house is situated in one of the most beautiful environments of Germany. Only 2km away from Heidelberg and 15km away from Mannheim, Leimen lies in the heart of the Kurpfalz (oldest roman viticultural region) and especially distinguishes itself by the warm climate and the interesting and pleasant environments.
With its many sports grounds and extensive woodlands along the Rhine plains, Leimen offers a high leisure-activity value. The center of Leimen contains many shops and restaurants.

Besides Heidelberg with its numerous touristical attractions, there are many beautiful and interesting places to discover. The Bergstraße with its many pleasant towns invites as well as the Neckar with its many historic castles.

Находится на верхнем этаже дома „Сценарио“и включает в себя спальню с двумя отдельными удобными кроватями и гостинной с диваном (в квартиру могут быть включены ещё две спальни с двумя кроватями в каждой). Комнаты уютны с деревянной мебелью. Кровати удобны. Кухонные принадлежности в комплекте как и спальные и душевые. Кухня небольшая, но удобная со всеми приборами (мойка, плита, холодильник).Ванная комната с ванной. В гостинной стоит телевизор с подключением к сети (YouTube etc.). WLAN беcплатный во всём доме. В доме у нас не курят. Домашние животные не разрешены.
